Cecil Floyd Elementary provides an exceptional learning environment for Joplin students in Transitional Kindergarten through 5^th Grades. Our committed staff promotes academic growth, positive behavior, self-discipline, and parental involvement, supported by an active PTO and strong community partnerships.

Our mission is to allow our Cecil Floyd family to SOAR as compassionate, lifelong, innovative thinkers and productive citizens.
